Perez de Arce and Associate Architects: This well-known architecture bureau shares the vocation of developing in a comprehensive way, low income areas through large scale interventions. For this reason it provide its technical expertise in architecture and town planning projects in urban economy and local development, while RedAlmarza is responsible for their implementing and managing.

Region CPTED Corporation: This Corporation, an official division of ICA in Latin America and the Caribbean, provides the CPTED method (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design), that seeks to reduce opportunity crimes and fear in urban areas by promoting citizen participation, thus accomplishing community harmony. This alliance intends to make, manage and continuously improve an example of involvement and development of the low income neighbourhoods and consequently achieve a significant improvement in the quality of life of those areas. By this reason they promote the access to a better quality public areas, violence and crime prevention and control, by carrying out the CPTED method, combined with social management; thus increasing the supply of cultural and sports services, an the raise of social capital among community members, also between these and certain pre-established institutions or other social segments.

Inter American Federation of the Construction Industry (FIIC): RedAlmarza has established an agreement to make a feasibility study and design of a Second Floor Fund to reinvest mortgage loans in the 18 countries from the continent belonging to the Chambers of Construction that belong to the FIIC.

Homecenter Sodimac: With the initiative of making Homecenter Sodimac employees the owners of a definitive home, RedAlmarza has signed an agreement with this company, in order to administrate the Housing Solidarity Fund from MINVU for them.
