| • Operation of Secondary Market in Social Housing: | ||

| • | Technical Assistance Plan for Family Protection (PPPF): This allows extending and / or improving housing, including their environment. | |
• Latin American Fund for Housing: A Second Floor Fund to refinance mortgages in the 18 countries from the continent belonging to the Chambers of Construction, comprising the Inter-American Federation of Construction Industry ((FIIC). RedAlmarza is in charge of the feasibility study and design of said Fund.
• New Model for Development and Urban Management: RedAlmarza developed a complete proposal for a long-term strategy in this important field.
• Example of Public Space Management, Community Services included: It proposes a new system focused in the intervention of low income neighbourhoods in order to improve their public spaces and maintain the new standards in the course of time. This is to be handled by private firms through concession contracts with local governments. Physical intervention comes along with services from the concessionaire, who aims to create social capital that enables the implementation of a model of safety prevention community. In the course of year 2009, RedAlmarza will deliver a proposal for a new public policy in this regard La Pincoya, Huechuraba.

• Low Income Working class neighbourhood inserted in a big city: Project La Gran Pincoya in Huechuraba, Santiago is focused in such a way residents of the neighbourhood take advantage of the opportunities offered due to its strategic location so they can develop themselves and not be moved away. It is in stage of installation, after two years of research, evaluation and design.
• Small urban centre with a vecinity emphasizing in small producers: intended to encourage local producers, identifying those profitable projects that link them to modern economy, both national and internationally. It considers association and integration to marketing chains through permanent strategic alliances which include the RedAlmarza partners and investors. It is in the process of selection of the pilot area between four communities located between Chillan and Chiloe.
• Rural Area: Lafkenche Project aimed to the complete development and inclusion of these ethnic communities, respecting their cultural characteristics. They are located in an area of 600 km, by the coast side between the VIII and X Regions. The project is in its installation stage after more than one year of work in the field of housing accommodation with several communities located in the X Region, and also considers home improvements and projects in both productive agricultural, fish harvesting development as well as tourism.

• Internet access in local workplaces: Through the development of local offices in places already established in the neighbourhood, which may be a house, a store or community headquarters where RedAlmarza provides the equipment and connectivity required to serve the community; the use of the Internet connection is provided to the neighbours, during days and hours not used by the firm.
• Neighbourhood Blog: www.vidadebarrio.clis a blog created by RedAlmarza, so that the residents have a meeting place and exchange of information on their neighbourhood, providing them at the same time a genuine presence and visibility on the Web. After six months of experience in the pilot programme in La Pincoya, Huechuraba, work which is being done to incorporate other districts from Santiago and Temuco.
